  Plaza Jewish went above and beyond to retrieve the video content from my dad's funeral way, long after it had expired on the site. They were nice, professional, and responsive.

  I would absolutely recommend Plaza Jewish Community, where we held the services for my father. Everyone there was courteous and helpful and extremely kind, and they answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. The Rabbi was terrific; he clearly had the gift of oratory and used it well during the service. There was no upselling and no nonsense. I highly recommend Plaza Jewish Community...Josh

  Keith Friedman was fantastically helpful. I was stuck at home because of snow and ice post-storm, and could not make it to the funeral of a dear teacher and colleague. My technology wasn't working to see it online and Keith worked it all out for me. Five stars!

  Recently, I attended the funeral of a cousin's mother. She had been ill for some time. It was a very beautiful service. It was traditional in that a rabbi spoke and lead prayers. Several family members spoke. And the grandchildren, who are both talented musicians, played guitar and sang a favorite song of their grandmothers. One child was sick overseas and was unable to attend, but the service was streamed on the web. Very convenient.
  
  I respect tradition but I also cherish music and the personal touch. I spoke with the family after and asked how it was making arrangements. They said, one phone call and it was all taken care of. And because they're a non profit organization, rather than a funeral home monopoly, they can charge less.
