  I've been in customer service my entire professional career and never experience such disrespect for a paying patron. The staff in charge of directing guests to their seats is rude and not organized at all. This was our first time coming here for a concert and we were seated by a young lady. Midway through the concert another member of the staff pointed a flash light at us asking for us to get up from our seats and head towards a completely different section of the theatre. No guidance towards our new seats then and no apologies from the staff ever. VERBATIM : "get up these are not your seats", completely ruining our experience for the rest of the concert. This will be my last dollar spent at this venue.

  Wow this is a huge theater, beautiful inside and historic. Came to see a show but don't remember the show name haha. The chairs feel comfortable and sleek. I suggest sitting far away at the top of the baloney because it's very loud and kinda hurts your head while watching. Staffs are friendly and nice. Overall great theater so amazing looking.

  This place is a typical backwards venue. Events at this venue do not offer online tickets for convenient home printing. You have to purchase your tickets through ticketmaster and then go to the venue a couple of days before to pick up your tickets. As if taking time out of your day between the hours of 12-7pm are not enough, you will have to wait in line for about 1 hour while bouncers yell at people to keep a single file line in rain, sleet, or snow, to pick up the tickets that you already paid for in advance!! I'm proud to be a dominican american but these are the types of things that typically happen in the uptown/washington heights community because people are to little educated to realize they are being treated like beggers rather than paying customers. I spent over $400 on ViP Aventura tickets last year and nothing about the experience felt VIP. This place needs new management with customer service focused ideas. Soon enough the older generation that puts up with incovenient, lackluster service, will grow old and the younger, more educated generation, will not spend their hard earned dollars in these kinds of venues.
