I went in 2010 when it was open to the public, which is rare. There's not much to look at really. It's nicely maintained but like I said not much to look at.

  • Hidden gem, beautiful relaxing place in the middle of the Manhattan, come for open door day and learn it's amazing history

  • Open to public one day a month in the spring/summer.
Nice peaceful garden area and benches for seating.
Good place to relax, read, have a quiet chat.

  • I went there in 2007 with Clary, Jace and the Brother Jeremiah. I was awsome, I love the Silent city or as some people knows it The City of Bones.

It gets progressively more desirable as summer heat sinks in. Cherry blossoms in spring.
